REFUND POLICY
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly issue you a refund on the product ONLY once the UNUSED product has been returned to us. The product must in in the original packaging and show no signs of use.
We do not, however, issue refunds on custom orders, shipping costs, or damaged/used products.
We must receive the the returned item(s) before any refund is issued.
RETURNS POLICY
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving product . We do not provide return shipping costs. All returns must be undamaged and unused. All custom orders are final.
